We believe that awareness and appreciation of the natural world are the first steps for all of us in helping to protect birds, other wildlife and their habitats for future generations.
Healthy habitats for birds and other wildlife are healthy habitats for people.
From our beginning, Saw Mill River Audubon has had a strong focus on environmental education.
We offer a year-round calendar of free public field trips and programs as well as customized classroom and community presentations and field trips. Over the past 60 years, we have also supported over 150 youth and adults to pursue summer environmental studies through our scholarship programs.
